June - Igniting your digestive fire


 

The Movement

With this month’s content being all about digestion, we have to bring up the big ‘A’ word, Agni. Agni is the sanskrit word means fire and connects to the Vedic god, Agni, the god of fire! BRING IT! But really this movement practice is bringing awareness to the fire god within us, the power of digestion and how activating this fire brings life to the way we digest food and emotions.
